Good Samaritan Laws
The Good Samaritan Laws are designed to provide immunity from prosecution for emergency assistance if you provide the following:
Alcohol Related Law* Drug Related Law**
- You did not provide the alcohol
- You provide your full name and any other relevant information requested by the police
- You remain at the scene of the individual who reasonably appeared to be in need of medical assistance
- You cooperate with emergency medical assistance personell and officers at the scene
- You did not provide the drugs
