Avaya Cloud Office Phone System
Avaya Cloud Office® by RingCentral
Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) delivers a complete Unified Communications (UC) solution—phones,
apps,
messaging, conferencing, video, and your own team meeting space all in a single, flexible
platform.
In line with the College's 'digital transformation' goals, the implementation of ACO allows for both traditional and 'soft' phone capabilities via:
- a physical phone set on your desktop.
- the ACO Desktop App installed on your office computer. (Once added to the system, you will receive a notification email to setup your new ACO account and presented with options to download the app on your office computer or use the web browser.)
- the ACO Mobile App that can be installed on any mobile device (cell phone, laptop, tablet) from the Apple and Google Play App stores.
Furthermore, this system is cloud-based which means, as long as there is an Internet connection, you have full access to communication services in the office or on the go!
