Registrar's Office

April 9, 2019 is the final day for dropping Spring Semester courses with a “W” or withdrawing from College online by 6 p.m.  Students who have a hold on their account will be required to visit the City Park Campus Registrar’s Office located in Building 2, Room 202W to fill out the necessary paperwork to drop courses or withdraw from classes. The City Park Campus will be the only open location to take care of this process on that day. All other locations will be closed. Online students, please check your account before April 9, 2019 to see if you have a hold so that you can take care of the issue in order to drop classes online if needed by the deadline.

In fulfilling the larger mission of Delgado Community College, the Office of the Registrar works as a cohesive unit of well-informed, professional staff to preserve the academic integrity of the institution and of students with diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds.

This requires successfully educating those we serve about the purpose and use of policies and procedures necessary for protecting and maintaining student records. It also requires promoting good human relations between the College and students.

Through superior customer service, we facilitate the seamless transition from initial enrollment to completion of academic goals in an effective and timely manner.
