Selected for Verification
The Federal U.S. Department of Education randomly selects FAFSA applications for a process known as verification. Verification is a review of the information provided on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for accuracy.
If selected, you will be notified by email with instructions to create your account and what information you will need to gather to submit to your portal. After your file is complete, you will be notified and will be able to view your award offer in LoLA. Remember, your classes will not be secured with financial aid until you complete this process.

For the 2018/2019 award year, Delgado has partnered with Inceptia for the processing of verification files.
Fall 2017, Spring 2018 & Summer 2018:
As we approach the end of the 2017/2018 award year, if you have not started the verification process or still have outstanding verification requirements, you must submit all documentation by July 12, 2018. No documents will be accepted after this date for processing.
