Delgado Leadership Institute

The leadership institute is dedicated to cultivating future leaders within our institution by expanding the knowledge base of current employees about various aspects of the community college system. It also aims to elevate current skill levels and provide insights into the challenges faced by community colleges. Success is attainable, but it requires unwavering commitment from every member of the Delgado team. Our objective for this institute is to achieve greater success by developing a plan and a strategy that can lay the groundwork to overcome barriers that hinder further growth. We are determined to drive progress through continuous self-improvement and professional development for all.

The inaugural session was held on September 27, 2024. The DLI institute will consist of 8 sessions, with the final session scheduled for June 18, 2025.
