Local Greater New Orleans Area LGBTQ+ Resources
Crescent Care/ NO/AIDS Task Force
Crescent Care brings caregivers and the community together as partners in health and wellness for all. Their founding organization is the NO/AIDS Task Force.
House of Tulip provides zero-barrier housing, case management, linkage to care, and community programming to trans and gender nonconforming people in need of a safe place to stay while growing the supply of affordable housing in New Orleans.
The New Orleans Lambda Center is a safe place for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning members of various 12 step programs to meet. The groups that meet at Lambda are predominantly LGBTQ, but all are welcome to attend our meetings.
Metro Center for Community Advocacy
To break the cycle of violence and aid survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking through advocacy, intervention, empowerment and transformation.
New Orleans Gay Men's Chorus

Office of Human Rights and Equity
The Office of Human Rights and Equity (OHRE) is the voice for human rights and social justice in City Hall.
PFLAG promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons, their families and friends through support to cope with an adverse society, education to enlighten an ill-informed public, and advocacy to end discrimination and secure equal civil rights.
Project Lazarus of New Orleans
The mission of Project Lazarus is to help heal and empower people living with HIV/AIDS by focusing on wellness, providing housing and offering important support services.
