WiFi Access
How to connect to Delgado Wireless Internet (WiFi)
Troubleshooting Steps
- You must have an active Delgado email account that you have logged into before you can access wireless. Log in here: http://outlook.com/dcc.edu.
- Need to reset your Delgado email password? Visit https://password.dcc.edu/.
- If you continue to have issues logging in to WiFi, send a screenshot or photo of your error to dcchelpdesk@dcc.edu.
Dolphin WiFi
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap WiFi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Select DOLPHIN-WIFI.
- When the login box appears, enter your Delgado username and password.
- First time WiFi users, check I accept the terms of use.
- Click Log In.
DCC-Guest WiFi
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap Wi-Fi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Select DCC-GUESTWIFI.
- When the Dolphin WiFi login box appears, select 8 hour or extended guest wireless access.
- Fill in the form with your information.
- You will receive a text and email with passcode.
- Click on the link and enter the passcode.
Dolphin-Guest WiFi
- For login credentials, email dcchelpdesk@dcc.edu or call (504) 671-5500.
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap Wi-Fi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Select DOLPHIN-GUEST.
- When the login box appears, enter the login credentials provided to you by the OIT Helpdesk.
- Check I accept the terms of use.
- Click Log in.
