How to connect to Delgado Wireless Internet (WiFi)

Troubleshooting Steps

  • If you are experiencing issues connecting to DOLPHIN-WiFi, please verify that you can access your Delgado email account here: http://outlook.com/dcc.edu
  • Once access is verified and you continue to experience issues, confirm that you are not including the "@dcc" in the username field for the Dolphin Wi-Fi login.
  • If you cannot access your Delgado email account, please visit https://password.dcc.edu/ to reset your Delgado email account password.
  • If you continue to have issues, send a screenshot or photo of your error to dcchelpdesk@dcc.edu

Dolphin WiFi

  • Open the Settings app on your device.
  • Tap WiFi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
  •  Select DOLPHIN-WIFI. 
  • When the login box appears, enter your Delgado username and password.
  • First time WiFi users, check I accept the terms of use.
  • Click Log In.

Guest WiFi

  • Open the Settings app on your device.
  • Tap Wi-Fi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
  • Once connected, browse to www.dcc.edu  
  • When the Dolphin WiFi login box appears, select 8 hour or extended guest wireless access.
  • Fill in the form with your information.
  • You will receive a text and email with passcode.
  • Click on the link and enter the passcode.
  • You should now be connected to browse the internet.
