Fire Sciences Technology prepares current fire service professionals for promotion and provides the necessary information to address various challenges of emergency response from proper fire ground tactics, to fire investigation, to hazardous materials incidents.

Degree Program

An Associate of Applied Science Degree in Fire Science Technology also prepares civilians with a complete understanding of career opportunities in the fire service industry and investigations.

Certificate Program

Delgado also offers a Certificate of Technical Studies (C.T.S.) in Fire Science Tecnology, which can be completed in 12 months.
