December 06, 2021
Biz New Orleans magazine, an award-winning monthly business publication, has published the inaugural edition of the New Orleans 500, a book profiling influential leaders in the 10-parish greater New Orleans region.
Dr. Larissa Littleton-Steib, Chancellor of Delgado Community College, is profiled in the new book. She is also one of five individuals included in a portrait on the cover of the publication.
The New Orleans 500 is divided into categories that reflect the New Orleans economy. The book includes professional details, biographical information, and quotes that reveal the real people behind the titles.
Biz New Orleans researched every sector of the local economy to identify executives who are innovating, creating, leading, succeeding and giving back to the community. The magazine’s editors relied on their own reporting and institutional knowledge, and they interviewed more than 100 experts to help decide who to honor.
“The New Orleans 500 is an indispensable tool that provides valuable insights about leaders who are making decisions that affect the region,” said Todd Matherne, CEO and publisher of Renaissance Publishing, the company that produces Biz New Orleans.
