Delgado Access

Safe Walk

Delgado’s Safe Walk Initiative ensures students remain safe after normal business hours. Delgado students have varying class schedules, with many classes being offered at night. Campus Police have trained student escorts to accompany those walking from academic buildings to vehicles parked on and near campus. Escorts will be available Monday through Friday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Call 504.671.6112.

Bike Shelters

Bike shelters are now located in convenient areas across the City Park and West Bank Campuses and will be established at other sites in future semesters. The new bike shelters are covered, well-lit and monitored 24-hours-a-day. 

Parking Decals

All students now have access to on-campus parking. Each student who has been assessed the Access Fee is entitled to one free parking decal that is valid at all Delgado campuses and sites.
