Degree Works Degree Audit

Degree Works is a web-based degree audit application and academic advisement tool that provides a clear and convenient method for students and advisors to track degree progress. It is intended to assist students in reaching their academic goals and achieving a better understanding of degree requirements.   Degree Works provides students with access to their unofficial degree audit which lists information regarding their current program(s) of study including institutional requirements, general education requirements, major requirements and concentration, if applicable requirements.  Students and their advisors have access to the student's degree audit via LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal). The link for Degree Works is found under the Academic Profile tab.

Exception requests (substitutions, change of catalog, etc.) must be submitted by the student academic division, obtain all appropriate signatures and submit to the Office of the Registrar.

Please note:  Students and their advisors may use this on-line tool to view a student's progress toward meeting graduation requirements, but it is not an official degree audit

Students and their advisors may not use this on-line tool for students completing graduation requirements in Associate of General Studies or Louisiana Transfer degrees.  These audits must be completed via degree plans and submitted to the Office of the Registrar by the advisor with the appropriate signatures.

Official final degree audits are only performed by the Office of the Registrar at the time a student applies for graduation.

Students must report any problems or discrepancies with their degree audit(s) to the Office of the Registrar.  Students are responsible for printing a copy/screenshot of the degree audit(s) containing the problem in question and making it available to the Registrar's Office for review.
