Culinary Arts: Line Cook
The Line Cook Certificate of Technical Studies prepares students to work in service, production, fast foods, and baking areas of the food service industry.
Students will receive academic instruction through both theoretical and hands-on experiences, as well as supervised practical work experience in the field of food service, culinary arts, and the hospitality industry.
Certificate programs are much shorter and more focused programs. They are designed to provide quick training to giving you basic understanding of your chosen field as well as an advantage getting started in a career. The Basic Line Cook C.T.S. is built into the associate degree program. By completing this certificate, you can easily move into completing a higher-level degree without a loss of credits.
