Request a Virtual or In Person Visit to Your Classroom

Need a coach to walk your students through what The Center for Writing, Reading, and Communications offers and how we offer coaching online and online submissions? With a one-week notice, we’ll do that, and we’ll even explain how they benefit from coaching. Please submit a request below and we will contact you to confirm.

Referrals

Need help getting an “at risk” student to seek The Center for Writing, Reading, and Communications support? You may submit a referral form (one form per student) for each student you’ve identified as being at risk of failure due to writing assignment issues. The CWRC front desk will contact the student, usually within 24 hours, to set up a coaching session. Please note that all students must be aware that you are referring them, so you will be required to notify them by checking the appropriate box on the referral form.

Assignments

When you post a new writing assignment for your students, please submit it here as well. This will give our coaches an opportunity to become familiar with the assignment before sessions with your students. All coaches, whether remote or on the campuses, will have access to all submitted writing assignments via the WC SharePoint page.
