Reginald J. Marshall serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Delgado Community College. With more than 30 years of experience in information technology, he has built expertise across a broad range of disciplines, including strategic technology leadership, project management, network administration, application development, cybersecurity, and technical support.

Throughout his career, Mr. Marshall has successfully developed and implemented comprehensive technology strategies that optimize operations, improve organizational efficiency, and support institutional growth. His leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, fostering an environment where teamwork and shared success are valued.

Recognized for his effective communication and relationship-building skills, Mr. Marshall encourages collaboration, actively seeks diverse perspectives, and recognizes the contributions of those around him. Mr. Marshall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science.
