Peter Cho, Ph.D.

Dr. Peter L. Cho , serves as the executive dean of Delgado’s West Bank Campus.  

He holds a Ph.D. in educational administration from the University of New Orleans, and master's and bachelor's degrees in music from Loyola University, New Orleans. He also holds a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program at Delgado, and is a graduate of the Louisiana Community and Technical College Leadership Development Institute. 

Dr. Cho currently serves as vice chair of the Algiers Development Corporation, is a voting member for the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS, which puts on the Grammy Awards), is a former executive board member for the American Federation of Musicians, Local 174-496, and serves as  a professional musician in the New Orleans area, performing with the James Rivers Movement, at the National WWII Museum, and for many other groups and venues. He is also a long-time Delgado faculty member and piano instructor for the Louis “Satchmo” Armstrong Summer Jazz Camp.
