The state's Career and Technical Education Programs of study are approved by the Louisiana Board of Regents and organized under sixteen different career clusters. Each year Louisiana’s colleges and universities review their approved programs of study to provide the most up-to-date list of programs on an annual basis.

For the purposes of Career and Technical Education program funding, the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) has divided the state into 8 regions according to Regional Labor Market Areas (RMLAs).

Delgado’s Region (Region 1) is in partnership with Jefferson Parish Public Schools, Nunez Community College, Orleans Parish Public Schools and Charter Schools, Plaquemines Parish Public Schools, St. Bernard Parish Public Schools, St. John Parish publish Schools, St, James Parish public Schools, and St. Charles Parish Public Schools as well as Business and industry partners.
