Jared has found ways to overcome many challenges that he has faced as a gay Black man and throughout his life, he has taken advantage of every opportunity presented to him to show the world that his value is based on the content of his character, not the color of his skin or sexual orientation.

Etta is a Criminal Justice Faculty member and Criminal Justice Coordinator. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a Master of Criminal Justice. Her passion is mentoring students to success.
