Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Delgado Community College's Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts programs! We're excited that you've chosen to pursue your culinary education with us.

Delgado Community College is an open-admissions institution. To begin your journey in the Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts program, you must first be admitted to Delgado Community College. Once you have been admitted, please complete this Supplemental Program Application before enrolling in Culinary Arts courses.

We look forward to helping you develop the skills and experience needed for a successful career in the culinary and hospitality industry.

The purpose of this application is to:

• Verify your intended program of study.
• Ensure that you understand the physical and academic expectations of the profession.
• Provide departmental advising.
• Establish communication regarding orientation, uniforms, certifications, and program requirements.
