Joseph Williams is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. He is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School. Williams earned his Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Center New Orleans and a Master of Social Work from Tulane University. He enjoys watching sports and cooking.
