New students should have LoLA access immediately upon completion of the application.

How do I register for my classes?

Note: If you receive a prerequisite or testing error, you may submit an online request for an override.
How do I change my classes (add, drop or withdraw from college)?
You can Add/Drop or withdraw from college through LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal) using the same process you register for classes.
When can I buy my books?
Delgado Course Complete is our all-encompassing, affordable textbook rental program that will provide every Delgado student with all required textbooks, lab manuals, access codes and electronic book versions before the first day of class! The average student is estimated to save $150-200 on textbooks for a semester. All Delgado students will be automatically enrolled.
Starting 30 days before the first day of classes, students will receive an order verification link to their Delgado email address to verify their order and select their delivery preference. Options for delivery are in-store pickup, shipping directly to the student, and digital materials available on Canvas.
You can find out which book your course requires or compare pricing for all your courses by using the online bookstore.
If you use the campus bookstore, please bring your class schedule to purchase books.

When does school begin?
Please review your concise student schedule to determine your first day of school. If you are an online student, please log into Canvas to determine if your course has begun. If it has not begun, please email your instructor.

I received a Prerequisite/ Test Score registration error. What is my next step?
First, check the College Catalog (link to catalog page) to see if you meet the prerequisite course requirements – Need help? Schedule an appointment with an advisor.
Suppose you have taken the prerequisite course and have not submitted your official transcripts. You can request an override by completing the Override Request form and submitting unofficial transcripts or grade reports.
Visit the registration/error override forms page to find out how to complete the override request form. Once you receive the override, you should submit your official transcripts to receive transfer credit for the prerequisite course officially.
I received a readmission error. What is my next step?
This error means you must complete a new Admissions Application to register. Click here to apply now. Students must reapply to Delgado after they sit out one major semester (Fall or Spring semester). – Need help? Chat with the Admissions team now.
